2. Hosting
This website is built and hosted using Framer. The provider is Framer B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
When you visit this website, technical data is automatically processed, such as your IP address, date and time of access, browser and operating system, and the page visited. This is necessary to ensure the secure and reliable operation of the website.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
A data processing agreement is in place with Framer.
3. Booking Form and Email
If you contact me via the booking form or by email, I process the information you provide (e.g. your name, email address, message, and the date and location of your event) in order to respond to your enquiry. The booking form is technically provided by Framer.
Legal basis: Taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Data retention: Your data will be stored until your enquiry has been dealt with. If your enquiry results in a booking, I will retain the data for as long as required by law (generally seven years).
I will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
4. Cookies
Technically necessary cookies are used without consent to ensure the proper functioning of the website (Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 – TKG 2021).
All other cookies, particularly those associated with embedded content, are only set with your consent via the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
